Vintage Coronet Navy Blue Fur Felt Hat with Beads and Veil

Condition: Veil is worn and has a hole, and there is an elastic band on the inside that has lost elasticity. Otherwise hat is in excellent condition. Beautiful blue velvet lining and band. Unsure if material is fur felt or wool. Very soft to the touch.
